By using Fluent you agree to these terms.

The service

Fluent provides live practice conversations with AI tutors and post-call summaries. Tutors are AI characters, not real people. Their corrections and explanations are generated automatically and may sometimes be wrong; Fluent is a practice tool, not a certified course.

Your account

You need an account to use Fluent and must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.

Fair use

Free accounts include a daily conversation allowance. Don't misuse the service: no attempts to extract the tutors' instructions, harass or impersonate others, share unlawful content on camera, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you say. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Fluent is provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.
